    What is the Yankee Candle returns policy?

  • You have 28 days to return your item if it did not meet your expectations.

  • You’ll need to get in contact with Yankee Candle directly, either by phoning 0800 234 6169 or via the contact form on the website. 

  • Follow the instructions given to process your return, and you can expect to receive your refund to the original payment card within 5 days of Yankee Candle receiving your return. 

    • Can I get next day delivery at Yankee Candle?

     While Yankee Candle doesn’t offer express delivery at present, we’ve seen it before and hope to again soon. For now, you can enjoy free standard delivery on all orders over £30, or pay just £3.95 for non-qualifying purchases.  With standard delivery, your order should arrive in 2 to 4 days. Free shipping is not available for UK Highlands and Islands addresses, nor to Gibraltar.
