This is what cancer is’,” said Stewart in the film.
Stewart told ABC News it was tough to accept Farrah’s diagnosis. The actress was well loved by everyone, so it was hard to imagine someone like her could suffer a disease so vicious. Stewart said she learned the hard way that cancer doesn’t care who you are. “Farrah was the last person that thought about getting sick,” she said. “Farrah was the Golden Girl to everyone, so it was such a shock, to the whole world, when she got cancer. It kind of goes to show you that you know, cancer doesn’t play favorites.”
