Kent Police and Kent Fire and Rescue Service have today launched a joint investigation following a fire overnight in Gravesend.
The fire, which broke out in a maisonette in Mackenzie Way at around 3am today, Friday 3 September, caused severe damage. No-one was in at the time and no-one was injured.
Inquiries are underway by police in North Kent and the cause of the fire is at this time being treated as suspicious.
Police would like to speak to anyone who has information about the blaze or may have seen people acting suspiciously in the area at around the time of the fire.
